Welcome to Mill Run Farms at Wedgewood Farms

Mill Run Farm is our Show name that we have created at our location in Wauconda, IL. MRF competes from the Northern Illinois Hunter and Jumper Association (NIHJA) to the Illinois Hunter and Jumper Association (IHJA), also known as the A circuit, traveling all over the Midwest. The coaching trainers of MRF Show Team are mother and daughter, Donna Kriese and Alexis Tantimonico. Together as a team we conquer and support each other.

Donna Kriese:
Started riding before she learned how to walk, Donna dabbled in everything from western pleasure, saddle seat, driving & everything in between. Her education and history is endless. She contains a world of knowledge and experience. She is a true horseman of her kind. At 10 years old she started in the hunter & jumper world. Now decade’s later hunter & jumpers are still her main focus. She is producing many champion horse & rider combinations and making dreams come a reality.

Alexis Tantimonico:
Began riding at the age of 3, and is now following in her families footsteps. Alexis started in the Short Stirrup Division & made her way through to the Amateur Owners. By the age of 21 Alexis took her professional status in the industry. She had a chance to work for and train with some of the largest names in the industry and is now able to share her knowledge since she has joined the family business.
